KEOWEe retreat

This 4,500 sf home was designed to fulfill a couple’s dream for a retirement home, personal retreat, and extended family gathering place all in one.   The client came to us with a heavy stack of ear-marked books on the architecture and lifestyle of Provence, France, which became a primary guiding theme for ideas and decisions during the design process.  While generous and transparent toward views of the lake, the enfilade of core gathering spaces in the home still offers a sense of comfort and warmth.
