Conceptual renderings for a 2,500 square foot home here in the mountains. We enjoy interpreting historic precedent—in this case the humble Appalachian cabin—and reinventing it for today’s family. Sharpening the contrast between rustic and smooth, heavy and light, opaque and transparent, we hope to paint a fresh new take on a simple classic.
